Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial has every feature at a small size, needs no card, and does not expire, so an organisation that never upgrades keeps its content.
Do we need our own email and ad accounts?
To send email in your name, yes: you connect your own Resend, and your mail comes from your domain. Ad accounts, Telegram, Slack and the rest are optional — connect what you use.
Can leads from Meta or TikTok lead ads come in too?
Yes. Each site has a key for tools like Zapier and Make, so leads from lead ads, call tracking or a chatbot land on the same pipeline.
Can one client see another's work?
No. Each client is an account, and access is granted per account. Inside a portal, something meant for one person is seen by that person alone.
Can our agency and our client both manage the site?
Yes. The client can own its organisation and let the agency in. The client sees who has access, and why, on every screen.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Every site is live at its own a3.marketing address from the start, and your domain can point at it whenever you are ready.
Which languages does it work in?
Any you write in. Each site can carry as many languages as you add, visitors choose theirs, and Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu read right to left. The platform's own screens are in English and Arabic.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Owners can export everything your organisation holds at any time from Settings — a very large file library we send on request — and a person's data or your leads on their own. We erase it all if you ask us to.
